QUALITY POLICY:

Guaranteed quality product and service, always striving for continuous improvement.

 

SHIPPING:

The $5.00 shipping price for all jewelry is for standard USPS within the Continental US only. Please contact us for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and any other territories outside of the USA. If overnight or express shipping is required, contact us via email. Or feel free to call 646-354-3819 to arrange other preferred methods of shipping. The $5.00 initial shipping fee will be adjusted into any incurred shipping fees.

 

PRIVICY POLICY:

Under no circumstances will we share your email address, home address, phone numbers, or any other personal information with any Internet or non-Internet companies!

 

SHOPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY:

At the current time we are only accepting payment through PayPal. In the near future we will be upgrading to additional payment methods. PayPal is a secure method of payment.

 

Large Custom Orders:

When ordering custom jewelry in quantities larger than 5 pieces, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

 

FAQ.

What should you do in the event your jewelry is damaged during delivery?

 

Please contact Sharon at: sfoxrogers@earthlink.net immediately. You will receive an email with an address to return the jewelry (in the packaging you received the jewelry in) and have it repaired at no charge. SFR Creations will then return the jewelry to the shipping address received when purchased. If there is a change of Shipping Address, please add the new address to your email.

 

What happens if one or more of the beads are cracked during delivery?

 

  1. Please follow the instructions under "event your jewelry is damaged during deliver"
  2. All of the jewelry is handmade with unique and sometimes one of a kind beads. There is the potential that the original bead or beads are no longer available? If not, Sharon will repair the jewelry with new beads, and you will be sent a large hi resolution image of the repaired piece via email. If it does not meet your satisfaction, you will be fully refunded, or you can exchange for another item.
